Terms of Service
These are the terms of service that Web Jade Solutions will conduct business with any client. Please read them carefully.
1. SERVICES RENDERED. Web Jade Solutions will present details/tasks of the Web Design &/or Web Services that will be performed on the project. A contract will be issued regarding all aspects of the project, listed below
All services described are to be performed by Web Jade Solutions &/or its contractors in accordance with the most commonly accepted standards and practices of the Web Services Industry. That is to say, we will use web site design technologies that are most universally acceptable in order to satisfy the broadest web market possible.
2. COST. Notwithstanding any prices listed in literature or on Web pages, the client and Web Jade Solutions will come to a mutual agreement on the price of services described in the contract.
3. ADDITIONAL SERVICES. The terms and conditions set forth in this document constitute the sole agreement between Web Jade Solutions and the client regarding the Project. Any additional work not specified in this contract must be authorized in writing. Should the client desire additional standard Web pages/Web Features beyond the scope of what is specified in the project, the client agrees to pay Web Jade Solutions an additional charge.
4. PROCEDURE. Web Jade Solutions will first send a draft of the Project 5 business days from the day of agreement of Sections 1, 2, 3 listed above. The Client must send feedback (corrections, recommendations, etc) within the next 5 business days. Failure to do so will be deemed a deliberate withdrawal from the project and Web Jade Solutions reserves the right to terminate the contract. Note that the client will have Four revisions to make corrections and recommendations related to the project
5. TEMPLATE CONVERSION. If you are submitting a Template for us to convert, such a template must be properly owned by you and that you have the relevant license to do so. Web Jade will not be held liable for any copyright infringement as a result.
6. PAYMENT. Client agrees to pay Web Jade Solutions a commitment fee of 60% of the total cost billed for the project. All remaining charges agreed upon and which may accrue shall become due and payable to Web Jade Solutions upon completion of the services described in Section 1 above. Web Jade Solutions reserves the right to execute the project only on payment of the initial sum (the 60%). If an amount remains delinquent (Overdue) 30 days after its due date, an additional 3% penalty will be added for each month of delinquency. Web Jade Solutions reserves the right to remove Web pages from viewing on the Internet until final payment is made. Should collection activities become necessary, the client agrees to pay all fees relating to said activity.
7. REFUND: All payments to Web Jade Solutions are non-refundable.
8. SUBCONTRACTING. Web Jade Solutions reserves the right to assign other Web designers or subcontractors to this project.
9. WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY. Web Jade Solutions does not warrant that the functions of the web site will meet the client's expectations of site traffic or resulting business. In no event will Web Jade Solutions or its sub-contractors be liable to the client or any third party for any damages, including any lost profits, lost savings or other incidental, consequential or special damages arising out of the operation of or inability to operate these Web pages or Web site, even if Web Jade Solutions has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10. PURPOSES OF PROJECT. Web Jade Solutions reserves the right to terminate any contract in the event it is discovered that the project's use is intended for unlawful purposes.
11. CORRESPONDENCE. All correspondence shall be made via email. Replies to all enquiries shall be made within the next 24 hours or the next business working day.
12. Terms of Service are subject to change without notice.
